What sort of personal data is collected by LEXIS?

By personal data we mean all information capable of identifying an individual and/or collective person. LEXIS does not collect sensitive personal data, namely data related to User’s racial or ethnical origin, religion, political opinion, health status or sexual orientation.

The use of services provided by the aforementioned websites implies supplying personal data. This data shall be requested whenever a User wishes to be part of the LEXIS community, exchange correspondence with LEXIS or request a quote from a member of the LEXIS community in the SYNTAX platform.

It is always the User’s choice whether to pursue any activity which might require disclosure of personal data. In case the User does not supply requested personal data, he/she might not be able to pursue such activity.
